Required Information
Please have the following information ready before submitting your order:
- Filling material descriptions with percentages by weight
- Uniform Registry Number (URN)
- Company name and address for either the factory, importer/distributor, or retailer
- Your preference of “Made By” (manufacturer) or “Made For” (importer)
- Style name of the product (optional)
- Finished size of the product in inches and centimeters
- Net weight of filling material
- Covering content for FTC requirement and RN
